We put a change behind a flag. A few people see it. If the number stays quiet, it goes to everyone. If it moves the wrong way, the switch comes off.
- Name the flag for the change.
- Turn it on for a few people.
- Take it down when the change is in.
The flag is not a second product. It is the switch, and someone owns it until it is gone.
