Say the change, the few people who should see it, the number you will watch, and the person who may turn it off. A paragraph is enough.

If you do not have the number yet, do not ask for the flag. That is the gift note. It stays off until the number has a name.

We do not keep a public rate card. Ask, and we will say what it costs to keep the flags you actually mean to own.
